  1. Open the Journal connection flow.
  2. Select your broker and approve read-only access.
  3. Choose the correct account.
  4. Wait for the first sync.
  5. Review and assign the synced trades.

Choose this path when you want to judge historical evidence before comparing it with live results.

  1. Open Backtest.
  2. Upload historical or simulated trades.
  3. Confirm the result column, unit, dates, and row count.
  4. Run the analysis.
  5. Read the result with sample size and downside risk in view.

Journal#

Choose this path when you want one record for trades, notes, and reviews.

  1. Open the Journal.
  2. Connect a broker or import Journal data.
  3. Create a Saved System for one approach.
  4. Assign each matching trade to that system.
  5. Add review context as the record grows.
