Monitor becomes more useful when you compare a sequence of readings instead of one moment.

Prepare the review#

Confirm that new Journal trades are complete, assigned to the correct Saved System, and using the expected unit. Check the time of the last expected sync.

Review the change#

  1. Open Monitor for the Saved System.
  2. Note the current Health Score and evidence count.
  3. Compare the recent reading with the earlier one.
  4. Open the trades added between those readings.
  5. Look for execution, market, rule, or risk changes.
  6. Record useful context in the Journal.

Avoid overreacting#

One result can move a small sample sharply. Look at the size, direction, and persistence of the change and how much evidence supports it.

If the timeline looks incomplete#

Check broker sync, file imports, duplicates, and system assignments. Use Manage connected accounts when a recent trade is missing.
