Monitor becomes more useful when you compare a sequence of readings instead of one moment.
Prepare the review#
Confirm that new Journal trades are complete, assigned to the correct Saved System, and using the expected unit. Check the time of the last expected sync.
Review the change#
- Open Monitor for the Saved System.
- Note the current Health Score and evidence count.
- Compare the recent reading with the earlier one.
- Open the trades added between those readings.
- Look for execution, market, rule, or risk changes.
- Record useful context in the Journal.
Avoid overreacting#
One result can move a small sample sharply. Look at the size, direction, and persistence of the change and how much evidence supports it.
If the timeline looks incomplete#
Check broker sync, file imports, duplicates, and system assignments. Use Manage connected accounts when a recent trade is missing.
