Your Privacy settings include a data-export disclosure. It downloads a JSON file containing your Quantprove records.

What the export contains#

The export includes your systems, trades, Journal entries, and analyses. JSON is a structured data format intended for storage or technical review.

Download the export#

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Privacy.
  3. Expand Request a copy of your data.
  4. Select Export my data (JSON).
  5. Keep the downloaded file in a secure location.

The button shows a preparing state while Quantprove creates the file.

If export fails#

Check your connection and retry once. If it fails again, contact support with the time of the attempt and the message shown. Do not attach an earlier export unless support specifically asks for it.

Import and export are different#

Trade import adds supported rows to a workflow. Account export downloads a broad JSON copy of your Quantprove data; it is not a trade-file template.
