Use only an investor password to connect MetaTrader.
Investor access lets Quantprove read account history but cannot place trades.
Your master password stays outside Quantprove.

An investor password is the read-only password for your MetaTrader trading account. It is different from the master password that allows trading.

If the password option is unavailable#

Your broker may manage investor access instead of showing the password control in MetaTrader. Check your broker's official account portal or ask the broker to create an investor or read-only password for the account.

If a master password is needed to create or change the investor password, enter it only inside the official MetaTrader app or your broker's official portal. Never send any password to Quantprove support.
