Email link and code sign-in is enabled for your account.
You can connect Google as another sign-in method.
Passkeys can use your face, fingerprint, device PIN, or security key.

Open Settings → Security & access to manage authentication.

Connect Google#

  1. Find Google under Authentication.
  2. Select Connect.
  3. Choose the intended Google account.
  4. Complete Google's authorization.
  5. Return to Quantprove and confirm the connected status.

Add a passkey#

  1. Find Passkeys.
  2. Select Add passkey.
  3. Follow the prompt from your device or browser.
  4. Use your face, fingerprint, device PIN, or security key.
  5. Confirm the passkey appears in the list.

You can add another passkey for a second device and remove a passkey you no longer use.

A method will not connect#

Confirm that the browser supports the provider prompt and that you selected the intended account. Retry once, then contact support with the message shown.
