Active sessions show the device currently using your Quantprove account and provide a control for other signed-in devices.
Review the current session#
- Open Settings → Security & access.
- Find Active sessions.
- Confirm the current device and active status.
Sign out other devices#
- Open the session-actions menu.
- Select Sign out other devices.
- Keep the current Quantprove page open while the action finishes.
- Sign in again on another device only when you still trust it.
You do not recognize access#
Sign out other devices, review your connected sign-in methods, and remove any passkey you do not recognize. Then contact support with the approximate time and device description. Never send a sign-in code.
