Smoother MetaTrader connections

Connect a MetaTrader account without the attempt timing out.

A MetaTrader connection now stays alive while the account is prepared on the server, even when that takes a while. You confirm the investor password before it is sent.

The connect panel closes as soon as you submit, and Axi is now in the broker list.
