Larger Journal imports

Import up to 100,000 backtest trades into the Journal.

Backtest Journal previews and imports now support files up to 100,000 trades and 50 MB. Parsing, persistence, search, filtering, replacement, and undo stay bounded as the history grows.

Rows load in pages while uploaded-column provenance and original trade order remain intact.
